Public Partnership Forums

Public Partnership Forums (PPF) are being established in each Community Health Partnership to provide a focus for public involvement.

They will have the potential to bring together those with an interest in health services so that they can share information and experience, and speak with a stronger voice on issues of mutual concern. Additionally they will be one of the vehicles through which CHPs can tap into local patient groups and the views of the wider community.

The advice note below offers guidance to Community Health Partnerships (CHPs) on involving people, including patients, carers, members of the public, community groups and voluntary organisations in order to develop a local PPF.
