July 2007 edition - Keep Well Informed bulletin The aim of the bulletin is to inform interested parties on developments in the Keep Well programme as it progresses. 'Delivering for Health' was announced in October 2005 and outlined a commitment to develop an anticipatory care model as part of the NHS wider agenda of tackling health inequalities. Keep Well (previously known as Prevention 2010) is one example of anticipatory care in practice. |
